General Reminders/Info
- Parents/guardians of players must complete waivers: click here for waiver
- Coaches must complete background check, abuse awareness and pitch-smart courses. Yes, every year.
- Footwear – fields are turf, molded rubber cleats recommended, turf shoes OK (no metal cleats)
- Bats – USA or BBCOR only. No USSSA. There is no specific weight/length ratio limit.

Tournament and Events
Photo Packages: https://www.glossyfinish.com/register/ These will be the only photographers allowed on the field. Good for action shots during game play.
8u Coach Pitch Division – There are still some spots available for the 8u events. Contact BFA for more information. (Or reach out to us).
Tickets to Reno Aces Game – Join us for BFA night at the Reno Aces, minor league game. BFA teams will parade on the field prior to the game. This is a fun night to be with your teams and enjoy a hotdog and a ball game. BFA will be celebrated throughout the night. The game is July 23rd and you can buy your tickets here.

Sunday July 20th @ 3:00PM – LA Heat 10u and 14u Team Practices in NV
Monday July 21st – FROM BFA: Opening Ceremonies (LOCATION UPDATED) will take place at Golden Eagle Sports Complex at 9AM on Monday, July 21. Coaches will be notified about their team’s specific location and arrival times soon. Show-up before 8:30 for staging. See link and more info in “Special Events” above.
Wednesday July 23rd @ 5:30PM– Reno Aces Game. Please double check the time, teams may be asked to show up earlier to participate in the on-field parade before the game
Thursday July 24th – Championship games. 10u games should conclude by 1pm, 14u games should conclude by 6pm. Please check for updates to times regularly.
