LA Heat is a nonprofit organization for girls’ baseball based in Los Angeles. We hold free baseball skills clinics run by women coaches, where players can meet and train with other athletes. We also organize teams to compete in select all-girl baseball tournaments. You do not have to join an LA Heat team to participate in clinics. LA Heat is not a travel team or a league, we just want to keep girls engaged in baseball, where the future for them is bright.

Our next clinic will be at Chatsworth Junior Baseball League on Sunday February 8, 2026. This clinic has two parts: Arrive at 7:45 AM for the pitching/catching clinic and stick around for batting, or you may arrive at 9:45 for batting only.
